The Weekend men’s event recommends that you confirm your registration with our office prior to booking any flights and/or accommodation. The Weekend men’s event does not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred, including but not limited to, flights and/or accommodation booked for the event. The organisers of The Weekend men’s event reserve the right to change any of the published event details without notice, and have the final say on any matter relating to the event.


We appreciate that circumstances can change, therefore, we can offer the following alternatives to assist you. All Early Bird priced registrations are non-refundable. You are able to transfer your registration (only once) to another person or to the following conference year, at no extra cost prior to the 24 June 2022; following this date a $10 administration fee will apply per registration. Cancellations for Standard priced registrations received in writing before 24 June 2022 will receive a refund, less a $10 administration fee per registration. No refunds will be made to cancellations received after 24 June 2022; however, you are able to transfer the registration (only once) to another person or to the following conference year, for an administration fee of $10 per registration. The final date to transfer to the following conference year is 24 June 2022. Please note that refunds are not available for transferred registrations. Registrations may not, without prior written consent of The Weekend office team, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites). If a registration is sold or used in breach of this condition, the registration may be cancelled, and the current holder of this registration may be refused entry into the conference.

You will be required to provide your electronic ticket on arrival to the event to collect your conference pass.


In providing personal information you acknowledge that:

- The information is being collected for the purpose of being able to contact you.
- You have rights to access and correct personal information held by the CLCAuckland Trust Board, PO Box 108138, Symonds Street, Auckland.
- From time to time we may contact you about upcoming events/initiatives.

During the event, we will be taking photos and filming various aspects of the event including group images. Please note that we may use these shots to advertise future events. LIFE reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes.


If you require special seating (for medical conditions) for the event, please request in writing with supporting documentation by 24 June 2022. While our team will make every effort to accommodate your requests, not all needs can be met.


Delegates are responsible to arrange their own visa required for entry into New Zealand. Once registered and payment has been received in full a confirmation of registration letter can be sent to you via email. You must provide your full name, organisation you are representing, and residential address to The Weekend Team.Please note we do not provide letters of invitation to delegates.
